Ellen's Dance Recital

I think that a dance recital for a little girl is almost like a rite of passage. Ellen had her spring dance recital and boy did she shine. She new her stuff up and down and was totally cute while doing it. The theme for this recital was "USA" and her class was by far the cutest. (I am of course biased.) We dolled her up with makeup and everything. She has been waiting since her Christmas Recital to be able to wear makeup again. She was a big help to the other girls and handled Lucy White's wanting to be the leader very well. And, she didn't make any other girls cry. (That happened at the Christmas Recital.) It was a huge success. Her teacher gave her flowers after the final performance and we went out for Coldstone to celebrate her triumph.
